MELTA DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

After the pandemic was declared and lock down measures were implemented in the countries where we operate, we decided to prepare and adopt a COVID-19 safety policyin order to minimize operational disruption and be able to honor our existing contracts and meet our clients’ needs.

Our safety policyincludes providing all of our employees with information and training regarding social distancing, the use of face masks and shields, and personal hygiene. The company provides face masks, gloves, and hand sanitizers. Body temperature is registered on a daily basis;office spaces are kept clean and well-ventilated; the number of employees at our offices is reduced to a minimum, promoting and organizing remote working; transportation is provided by the company in our own vehicles to avoid the use of public transport. All employees presenting symptoms and their close contacts presenting symptoms are isolated, tested, and followed up.

We have been able to keep providing technical services and solutions by making sure all the safety policy measures are enforced.
